Suede

Born in Lahore, Pakistan, Suede’s family immigrated to the US in 1999. Since then he has come in contact with a myriad of vibrant cultures and peoples. From Yonkers, NY to the suburbs of Connecticut, to Harlem, NYC, and now resting in Queens, Suede has made everlasting relationships along the way. Suede always had a penchant for the arts from a young age. From Islamic Calligraphy to Charcoal to Digital and Mixed Media pieces, his one focus is always sending a message through storytelling. His work yearns for the viewer to be introspective and in that moment alone with art.
