My artistic journey comes from a place where I yearned to be free, to be more, to be me. A queer, biracial, muslim, woman who had the potential but not the support. Decades after stepping away from art and creation I have returned ready to revisit the themes that have shaped me. Themes explored include faith, marriage, and cultural nostalgia.
